The Retreat Day Spa is a lovely space for your group to relax and connect. We ensure each guest is catered to with the highest quality service and attention for an exquisite spa experience you’ll never forget.
Choose from one of our curated spa packages, or build your own. We smoothly accommodate large groups, providing up to 8 services at a time. Those in the group waiting for their service are encouraged to enjoy our Relaxation Room, which is reserved for exclusive use by your party.
Group Bookings
Please be aware we cannot accommodate groups with less than one month’s notice.
The first step to book a group is to complete the form at the bottom of this page with general information about your group size, preferred dates and services. Once we have confirmed that we have the availability for your group, we will ask you to:
Email each individual’s first and last name, phone number, services they are requesting, and any special accommodations needed (prenatal massage or severe allergies).
Call the spa and put a credit card on file to hold the reservations. This card is not charged. There is no deposit. We hold each individual in a group accountable to a 48 hour cancellation policy. The only time the credit card on file is charged is when a client late cancels or does not show up for their scheduled appointment.
Please give us advanced notice if there are any special requests on handling payments, such as splitting the guest of honor’s payment. This will make the checkout process run smoothly.
We can accommodate 4 massages, 2 facials, and 2-3 manicures/pedicures at one time. Not everyone in the group needs to have the same services or packages, it is up to the individual. Please note our nail services rarely are highly sought after and rarely have multiple openings on less than 2-3 months notice.
Snacks, wine, Prosecco, Mimosas, and tea are always complementary. We collaborate with local makers for charcuterie boards and catering, be sure to ask if you would like a meal or charcuterie board to be included for an extra $15/person (unless booking packages that include lunch — Retreat Getaway, Luxury of Time, or Dreaming Muse).
To book a group of 3 or more, please complete the following form. We typically reply within 24-48 hours so check your spam folder then call the spa if you haven’t received our reply within that timeframe.
