Our Policy

RESERVATIONS

  • We recommend booking appointments in advance to receive your preferred date, time and therapist for your services. 

  • New clients are asked to kindly arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out a brief medical history form.

  • We require a credit card and phone number at the time of booking in order to reserve your appointment. If you are holding a gift certificate, please provide the voucher number in order to hold the appointment time.

  • You are invited to arrive prior to your appointment so you can wind down, drink your tea or glass of wine, and have time to relax before your service.

 

LATE ARRIVAL

  • If you are late, we can offer you the time remaining on our treatment, or reschedule you for another day with a 100% charge for the missed appointment.


Cancellation Policy

  • The Retreat is a small, personalized spa. We know that sometimes things come up, but please, give us 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling individual appointments, and at least 48 hours for couples or groups. Please understand our therapists are independent contractors and are not paid unless a service is performed, therefore we must be firm in our cancellation policy.  There will be a 50% charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and 100% charge for no shows.

  • All cancellations will be reviewed on a individual basis by management.

  • We require every appointment be held with a credit card, but that card will not be charged except in the event of a late cancellation or no show.

  • Please consider finding someone to fill your spot. If we are able to fill your appointment time, we will refund the charge that was made. 

  • **Rescheduling does not exempt you from our late cancel fees.**


MEDICAL
CONDITIONS

  • Please notify our staff before receiving your treatment if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, diabetes, or any special medical conditions.

  • Any clients under the care of a doctor for any injury will be required to obtain a doctors permission for treatment. If you are recovering from surgery, we cannot see you until you are 6 weeks out from the surgery and have your doctor's permission. 


Payment & Gratuity


  • We proudly accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. If you are pleased with the Spa services you have received, it is customary to give a 15% to 20% gratuity to your therapist.

  • Tips cannot be applied to a SpaFinder gift card, these cards can be used for products or services only.
