The Retreat Day Spa 

The Retreat Day Spa began in a tiny house on a secluded section of Overton Road in 2016. In June of 2018 it was taken over by it’s current owner, Jill Copeland-Henderson. The Retreat moved to it’s current location in the heart of Cahaba Heights in August of 2019. It is conveniently located but feels like a world away from the bustle of city life. Find yourself a time to retreat from your stresses and rejuvenate your physical and emotional body. Our practitioners are what set us apart, they are well experienced and gifted with intuition, and they are ready to customize your massage and skin care to your specific needs. 

We are an Organic Day Spa and make every effort to minimize our impact on the environment. We are a Certified Green Spa through the Eminence Organics program.

We offer Dazzle Dry, a non-toxic, fast drying and durable nail polish free from reactive ingredients.
